Hello !! It seems odd why OBS behaves so differently—recording smoothly yet freezing when you click start, while dragging or moving Chrome causes much more lag. Any ideas on what might be affecting these settings? Your OBS configuration below is noted for Windows tutorials.

Make sure to update the graphics drivers. It would also be useful to explore and transition to OBS-MP.
