I’m based in Australia, so it makes sense the issue might relate to the NBN name. I wasn’t able to reach the MC server and have a chance to troubleshoot. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the message “connecting to external server” followed by “unable to connect to world.” Anyone else facing this problem?

It's not common to talk about bedrock servers in everyday conversation. You might be referring to hosting solutions or cloud platforms, which are typically managed by providers rather than individual users.

Isn't this a Java-based server? You won't be able to reach it using Bedrock ("Windows 10 Edition", consoles, etc.).

Bedrock is the probable choice for this scenario.
