I understand people often share fun theories about Half Life 3, but I’m here for real feedback from the community. Do you think a third game will be released? Or is Valve planning to stop working on the series? After replaying HL2 and the Episodes several times recently, I’m really craving another installment. It’s just so great—I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

It won't happen since it's practically unachievable to meet the expectations. Valve should understand this and earn more by not making it and letting the community laugh about it.

Sure, there will come a time for it. Given how massive this franchise is, it makes sense to tackle it eventually. I think it might face the same issues as Duke Nukem Forever—constant delays and ultimately a disappointing result.

I wouldn't be a cheerful bunny, though I appreciate the connections between Black Mesa and Aperture. However, I wouldn't want them that close.
