I'm curious how others view Microsoft's decision to restrict Windows 11 to the 8th generation and later.

You don’t see Windows 11 as appealing, so why invest when version 10 remains functional?

Appearance seems personal and may not suit all tastes. I usually enjoy it. However, finding apps by pressing start and typing their name works smoothly, gives good results, and other features I appreciate. Right now I’m using it for testing my old 6th gen i7 and it’s been very helpful. Particularly since the crash issue with notifications was fixed.

I personally enjoy it and prefer staying informed if there are updates. If they decide not to back my CPU, I won’t waste time. Just wondering how others view Microsoft’s plan for supporting older CPUs.

You're looking to activate TPM and secure boot without disrupting your PC, since previous attempts caused a boot loop. If you accept the CPU, proceed with the changes.

It's unfair for someone unfamiliar with enabling TPM or secure boot to struggle with these settings. I believe Microsoft should clarify this more clearly, especially for users like those using PC Health Checker who aren't tech experts.
