I'm observing a peculiar startup sequence with my Intel 14900K system on an Asus ROG STRIX Z790-H. The motherboard displays a red status LED when the CPU powers up, then shifts to yellow for DRAM detection. Simultaneously, a relay noise is heard from the PSU switch at that moment. After this transition, the PC restarts normally and operates without problems. This behavior appears only during power-on, not during reboots. The PSU click after roughly two seconds seems typical based on online reports, including its normal click when the machine turns off. I'm curious whether this kind of automatic restart is normal or something to investigate further. POST.mp4

It operates smoothly for extended periods. The issue appears to be the POST restarting when a relay in the PSU changes after the PC powers on.

Are you checking if it matches your desired pace or the compatible rates? Most often, double boots are used for memory improvement.

It operates at standard Intel specifications and performance levels—no manual or BIOS "AI" overclocking applied. I completed multiple tests and verified with HWMonitor that speeds, voltages, and temperatures remain within normal ranges. The only adjustment I made was XMP memory settings; prior testing showed they work without issues when disabled.
