You have a brand new Windows 10 PRO 64-bit copy ready to sell. Check G2A for listings, but note that Windows 10 PRO 64-bit isn’t available there. Consider other platforms like eBay or local marketplaces. The price you charge depends on demand and condition, but it’s typically around $100–$300 depending on features and condition.
Software should not be offered via the Classifieds. Reddit or eBay might be better options.

Irrelevant. You aren't an authorized OEM parts vendor. Selling it isn't permitted and you likely couldn't have acquired it either, since the seller was restricted from doing so. OEM versions are designed for installation in preassembled systems, not for individual purchase. Reselling it without the original device is prohibited. The OEM Windows agreement makes this explicit.
