I'll handle the pictures once I'm done, keeping an eye on some components.
The mounting works fine—it's pump/res → fans → rad → case.
You should use the same screw that goes through the bracket and fan to the rad.

That's brilliant. I never saw that in your post before and the image on their site explains everything I was wondering this whole time! Wish I'd found that whilst going through their site for hours. Thank you for that, a great help! I'm assuming the current rad screws I have for the fans are ample size for the res mounts too?

most probably they are fine. that's depends on the fans you are going to use.
You can always buy longer M4 screws in any HW store and cut them.
