You can achieve speeds exceeding 2666 ram. I haven't tested T force ram yet, but there don't seem to be any negative reports about it here. On the 9900k, you won't see a noticeable jump from 3200 to 3600 mt/s, though at that price point PCPP doesn't offer many better options. I'd choose them. For context, I used white Corsair LPX with my 9900k, and it's now handling mismatched black LPX configurations—2x8gb at 3200 and 2x16gb at 3600—without any problems. A few users reported issues, but it appears they're not widely available right now.
