I'm setting up a fresh build focused on gaming and streaming. I need to run games and stream simultaneously, and my son's PC can't handle both at once. This means the CPU will need to encode two streams at once. Would an AMD R9 be sufficient for this workload, or would I require more processing cores?

R9 3950X is the best choice, 3900X works too, but if you can afford it, go with 3950X.
