I’ve been looking into these options and decided to focus on the two listed. One is priced at 3200 with a CL14 rating, while the other costs 3600 and has a CL16 rating. Since I’m new to this, it’s hard to say which is better. Are there any other suggestions in the GSKILL Trident Z Neo lineup? I also noticed a model that matches a budget but might have limited performance—checking its specs could be useful. If you need a RAM upgrade, it seems an ASRock X570 Taichi board would fit well. Thanks!
Thanks! Your support means a lot. Yes, I think it should work with my MB as well.
It should function, but I suggest going with a B550 board if you haven’t already. More affordable, yet most boards offer excellent VRMS compared to the X570, along with strong RAM support and PCIe Gen 4 compatibility. A B550 Pro4, an MSI B550 PRO, and similar options are excellent choices for a 5600X for about $100.
I've placed my order already. After comparing prices, the B550 board is just slightly more affordable than the X570. It's the Razer Edition, and according to reviews it performs well, so I'm hoping it meets expectations.
