I considered a setup with 1300 gaming, working, and streaming. Intel offers strong CPUs for gaming, while AMD provides more cores for handling tasks. I need a solid motherboard—preferably white—and a good CPU budget of about $300. The motherboard should cost between $150 to $200, and the GPU is a 1080Ti.

The title needs adjustment. Let me know if you'd like it rephrased.

R7 3700x with b450 gaming plus max or tomahawk max available. Upgrade the motherboard if desired, though it's not mandatory.

AMD chips handle many tasks well, while Intel excels mainly in gaming and certain specialized jobs. Here’s my advice: PCPartPicker offers a comprehensive selection.

Both brands look good (AMD and Intel), so feel free to choose whatever suits you best. AMD now offers a better value for money.
