I need to mention that 32GB isn’t quite enough for my needs, so I’m considering a upgrade to 64GB. I’m evaluating two options both backed by the motherboard maker: ASUS and Corsair. The ASUS model is listed here, along with Corsair’s product page. While Corsair runs slightly faster (higher MHz), it also has higher latency. It’s about 50€ more expensive in my area. I currently own two HX424C15FB16 chips, but they’re hard to find now, so I’m thinking about replacing everything. There might be reasons for picking one over the other—maybe someone knows better. My current setup is an Asus PRIME X370-PRO with a 32GB RAM module (HX424C15FB/16) and an X570 processor.

You're looking for a 3600mhz CL16 RAM upgrade to really speed things up. The Ryzen 3000 fixed some compatibility problems, but I still suggest using two sticks together. Both options aren't great, so it's not worth choosing one over the other.

I wouldn't focus much on the QLV list now. It was more relevant back then when BIOS improvements and better CPU/memory controllers came along without needing an update to the QLV list. I'd just choose a model with 2x32 3600MHz CL16 or tighter, which should cost similarly. You might not get the 3600 MHz, but you'll still be able to optimize it for the best performance.

It looks like you're considering options for the 2 sticks at a lower price point. Here are some thoughts based on what you shared:

You mentioned checking a specific link for "cheaper" options in your area (3600) with CL16. It seems you're evaluating sticks that might offer better value. What stood out to you about those suggestions? Any particular features or brands you're considering?

You’d prefer a speed around 1.35v instead of 1.45v. Tighten the timing to 16, 18, 18, 36/38.

Yes, there is a website where you can place orders and view them online.

I possess it, though it's regrettably only available in Estonian or Russian ^^ https://www.1a.ee/c/arvutikomponendid-vo...lu-ram/2v9 While translating to English appears to yield solid outcomes, there aren't many suitable options for the 3600 CL16. I believe it would be wise to lower the specification to 3200 instead. Also, the cost would seem a bit more sensible.

Options are limited. The 3200mhz model will cost more reasonably and offers greater choices. No point in overspending though. Check the links for details.

It's tough to be too strict, isn't it? I'm leaning toward Team Group T-Force. The specs look solid, and the RAM options seem clear. I checked their Amazon page in the questions section—they mention handling ranks there too.

Single and dual rank do involve a factor, though I don’t focus much on budget dual rank. Budget stays budget. You’ll grasp more of my point when you look into Samsung’s RAM specs. In basic terms, quality matters more than rank, but it also relies on the platform, memory controller, and CPU it works with.
