I was planning to purchase Windows 11 Home for $99, but then I found genuine keys for $15. What do you think about using those? Are there any advantages to buying a real copy for $99? If the cheap key is only for one-time use and the $99 version is free forever, where would I get the official Windows installation?

For personal use, it works. The advantage is the complete package, sticker (perhaps), receipt, awareness you paid too much—... It’s not a one-time deal. You can reuse it on your PC as many times as desired, and if you log in with your Microsoft account during activation, the key is saved in the cloud. When you reinstall Windows, you don’t need the physical key; just sign in as that user to activate the system. The "99$" edition remains identical. The retail box, which you can turn off on one machine and move to another, is significantly more expensive. You can obtain the download tool for installation media from Microsoft at no cost online: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

Cheap Windows keys differ greatly from authentic full retail licenses priced around $99. The situation raises legal questions. Imagine someone purchases a Windows business license with 100 keys for $1000, then sells each license for $15, earning $1500. Your license remains valid within that batch, but legally it depends—typically only if the buyer is an employee of the company that obtained the license and the computer belongs to that organization (possibly in their inventory). Microsoft can't verify your employment status, so you might be a remote worker. The keys could also come from refurbished or recycled OEM devices, or they might have been sourced from countries offering significant discounts, such as Asia.
