While installing Windows 10 via USB with MediaCreationTool, the system fails to boot despite selecting the correct USB. The BIOS recognizes it as the primary boot device, but the installation keeps stalling. Other components like the GPU, RAM, and storage are also being read. Your hardware specs include an i7-8700K processor, MSI Z390 Gaming Plus graphics card, EVGA RTX 2080, Corsair 275R case, and a standard USB connection.

The USB should appear several times in the boot menu, choose the one labeled "UEFI." Also, verify that Windows was correctly installed on the USB drive. Simply placing the executable isn't sufficient.
