It's uncertain if I'd call it great, but it's definitely acceptable. There are superior options available, often more expensive, but this will resemble the one for the motherboard.

Ensure your new card is active, then return to BIOS and turn off the built-in. This doesn’t affect functionality but improves accuracy in identification.

That's a PCI card and it won't fit in your box. Consider something similar if you're looking for a new device, though I believe your ISP is correct.

They all look quite alike; if it's PCIe it should function properly. I checked Ediamx online and found the PCIe version (possibly for the newer model). https://www.edimax.com/edimax/merchandis...-9260tx-e/ This alternative will also work and offers a good price.

I've reviewed it once more, and it remains consistent; occasionally it shifts from 1ms to 16ms, but no significant changes beyond that.
