I’m considering purchasing a secondhand computer from Facebook Marketplace; it's priced at $450, but I plan to negotiate the price. Is this a reasonable offer? I reside in New Zealand, where prices tend to be high, similar to the components featured in that video which cost approximately $1000 NZD. The specifications are:
B250M-D3H Motherboard
Intel Core i5-7500 CPU @ 3.4 GHz
8GB RAM
240GB SSD
GTX960

I absolutely refuse to spend that amount on it. Considering you're located in New Zealand, I don't know what the construction costs would be there, but 1000 NZD is roughly equivalent to 700 USD, and I wouldn’t pay that price for a piece of equipment like that in America.

I absolutely refuse to pay that exorbitant price. Considering you’re in New Zealand, it's difficult to assess the construction costs of a new one there; however, $1000NZD equates roughly to $700 USD, and I wouldn’t spend that amount on a system like that in America.

Update: I'm contemplating purchasing a secondhand computer from Facebook Marketplace listed for $450, but I plan to negotiate the price down. I reside in New Zealand, where prices tend to be high. The specifications are as follows:
B250M-D3H Motherboard
i5-7500 CPU @ 3.4 ghz
8GB RAM
240GB SSD
GTX960
