Hello. Your setup is solid but needs some tweaks for smooth streaming and gaming. With your current components, you’ll likely hit bottlenecks when running demanding titles like Overwatch and COD. Consider upgrading the GPU to a more powerful model such as an RTX 3060 or better, which will handle both gaming and streaming more efficiently. For the CPU, a newer i7 or i9 would help with multitasking. Your RAM is good at 64GB, but adding more (16GB or 32GB) would improve performance. The power supply is solid, but ensure it can handle the increased load. Staying within your $1,000 budget means prioritizing these upgrades and possibly using a more efficient cooling solution.

Hello. I recently upgraded my entire setup and can confidently say a Ryzen 5 3600 works well, but for top performance a R5 5600x would be ideal (if it's available). Keep your 1080. A decent B550 motherboard will get you going fast.

This setup seems quite unusual. Currently, RAM prices are low, and a 1080 is still a solid GPU. I recommend considering a Ryzen 5900x or 5950x paired with a suitable motherboard, provided your RAM is fast enough.

I'd upgrade to an Intel system, seeing as AMD is currently extremely hard to get for decent prices. Something like a 10700k/11700k would be decent. Personally I'd look for a used CPU to save some money. Horrible time to upgrade much though. I'd maybe look into alternative ways to stream that might be less resource intensive and just wait for DDR5 to drop. It's not that odd. It's about as top tier as you could get without going to the enthusiast platform at the time, and really, was all that was needed for most things.

This seems like a viable improvement you could consider.
