Here’s what I shared earlier about my AM5 build progress; some of you might have noticed that post. I’ve been steadily working on it since then, and I’ve already secured a few important parts (such as the RAM), so don’t worry about that section.

My updated list with local prices:
Main Components
Motherboard:
ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi —
₨ 88,000 (~$314)
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 7500F (6C / 12T, 5.0 GHz Boost) —
₨ 40,500 (~$145)
RAM:
XPG DDR5 6000 MHz CL36 (32 GB 2×16 GB) —
₨ 50,000 (~$179)
(already purchased)
NVMe:
1 TB Gen 4 SSD (Lexar NM790 / similar) —
₨ 22,500 (~$80)
Cooler:
Thermalright Mjolnir Vision 360 AIO —
₨ 25,500 (~$91)
(using case fans for radiator)
Power Supply:
Super Flower Leadex III 850 W Gold Fully Modular —
₨ 30,500 (~$109)
Casing:
Lian Li O11 Vision Compact (Blackout) —
₨ 40,500 (~$145)
Fans:
Black ARGB fans set (used for case + AIO) —
₨ 13,200 (~$47)
Estimated total cost:
≈ ₨ 311,000 (≈ $1,110 USD)
Feedback I’d like to hear:
Performance or look appeal aren’t my main concerns right now; those will be refined later. What matters most is:
Compatibility:
Are all these items fully compatible together (especially the cooler, board, and case combination)?
Long-term durability:
Are there any reported problems with these parts (like PSU noise, BIOS quirks, cooler pump issues, etc.) that I should know before committing?
Any additional advice or experiences you have? I understand I’m paying premium prices for certain parts—including the motherboard—but I’m aiming for a high-quality build. The ASUS BIOS should help too.
This setup is intended to be reliable for several years ahead. It’s better to address potential component choices now than to face surprises later. Thank you for any practical insights or real-world stories before finalizing everything.
