You mentioned HWiNFO displayed 1067MHz because that's the standard for DDR4. The software also indicates the real speed, but sometimes it shows a generic value like 2133MHz. It's important to understand the difference between the standard frequency and the actual performance.

It was a 1800mhz setup using Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb DDR4 with a 3600mhz CAS clock, recorded at 1800mhz according to the system info.

Expect improvements in performance, but notice only when using benchmarks. The changes won’t be apparent during regular use unless you track them with specific metrics.
