I’m working through a bios flashback for an MSI B550 gaming carbon WiFi unit. When reaching the final step (pressing the bios flashback button), the IO shield lights up ten times before nothing else occurs. During those blinks, my USB drive briefly flashes. Is this the correct behavior? Should the counting be extended? Also, I have no software installed on the motherboard—just the CPU power cable and a 24-pin PCIe power cable. Both USB sticks are formatted with FAT32 via Windows 10, and I’ve tried using Rufus with a nonbootable MBR format.
