Hi
I need to purchase a docking station for my Samsung laptop, model NP550P7C. It features one HDMI, one VGA display port, and two USB 3.0 ports. I want to show the laptop screen and two additional screens with each screen displaying different content. However, when I connect the HDMI and VGA cables to my monitors, only one screen appears. It seems my laptop only supports one external display at a time.

I would like to use two or more screens that can be connected to the laptop’s HDMI port. My goal is to send the laptop’s HDMI output to multiple HDMI monitors. I require a docking station that accepts a single HDMI input and outputs to several HDMI displays.

I’m new to this and a bit confused about the options available. Do you have any docking stations that would suit my needs? Please advise which one is best for me.
Thank you

A docking station might not be necessary....
What make and model of laptop? Make and model of monitors?
Which display (Project) is required? PC screen only, duplicate, extend, or second screen only? (You can choose by pressing "WIN" + "P".) Hold the WINDOWs key and press "P".
As I see your message, you're looking for a duplicate display. The same image on two different monitors.
If that's the case, you just need an HDMI splitter that accepts the laptop's HDMI output and splits the signal via HDMI cables to each monitor.
For example: HDMI splitter example

If you divide the output from the HDMI port among several monitors, each will display the same image, which isn’t ideal. Based on your laptop’s capabilities, there isn’t a compatible “docking station” that meets your needs. However, using a “USB Video adapter” can help—those designed to add an extra monitor to a laptop or desktop. A USB 3.0 model is recommended. With it, you’ll have three displays: the built-in one, one linked via HDMI or VGA, and another connected through the adapter. Look for options on Amazon in your area and pick the ones with good ratings. They’re usually affordable.
