My computer, a Lenovo ThinkStation E30, has an Intel Core i3-1240 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a GTX 1070 graphics card. I’m encountering performance issues while gaming – my gameplay becomes stuttery and laggy—even though my frame rate remains consistent. I’m wondering if this is related to my CPU? Frequently, the processor reaches 70-85% or higher usage when I’m simultaneously playing games and using a second monitor for music or video. Could you advise me? Thanks!
