You want to reach around 200 individuals at once, preferably without using your mobile phone.

Today I experienced a problem where my VPN stopped working, and many users couldn’t access their emails on their mobile devices. Because of this, I couldn’t reach them, which led to an overwhelming number of calls to the helpdesk.

I completed the setup using textmagic.com to handle this matter. You may upload your contacts via a CSV file or through API requests. I’m using the API calls to pull from Active Directory, which I refresh weekly to ensure my list stays current. The fee is $4 per month plus approximately $0.02 per message sent. You can also access their web interface, which is useful even if the network goes down.
