You can enjoy Far Cry 3 by playing quietly. On the simplest level I usually go all out, but with harder difficulty stealth becomes essential.

I've been around before and I'm still involved in those modding circles. Dishonored sounds interesting, I'm open to giving it a shot. I'll only commit if it's discounted by half. Currently, I messed up by choosing Infiltrator in Mass Effect 2 during the first run.
Oo! If you own a controller and an emulator, try "Black" for the PS2. It's really intense at times, but you can't just rush in—strategy is key. It feels a lot like Arma. That's what I like about tactical games. I'd love to see more games with a medieval or older feel. I really enjoyed AC4, though it took a long time to finish.
I understand it's not mainly a stealthy title, but : Blacklight Retribution. You can acquire a cloaking device to move unseen, use melee weapons for combat, and wear an HRV cloak for another approach to stealth. Back in the day, I played this game with my cloak—it was a lot of fun and thrilling.

For an enjoyable Mass Effect adventure, try the sniper role in the original game and use scram rails plus explosive ammunition.
