You're facing an issue where certain settings in Windows Defender, Security, or Smartscreen are controlled by "Your Adminstrator," preventing you from modifying them. This also blocks the ability to run unknown or unpublished software because the "Run Anyway" option isn't visible when you click more details. You've searched for solutions on YouTube and Google but haven't found a fix, which is why you're reaching out for assistance.

I haven't tried any of those apps, but I suspect they might be the reason.

It seems uncertain about the installation source, but it might have been added through other programs. For fixing the problems without changing your PC setup, you could try restarting it or checking for updates. If you're unsure, looking up more details online might help.

The forum guidelines forbid assisting with bypassing security measures on devices owned by institutions or employers. Your mention of lacking admin rights seems to point to a system assigned to someone else, not your own machine. Could you confirm if this applies to your personal computer?

It seems this situation is likely related to a security alert requesting admin access. Attempting to work around or bypass such restrictions isn't possible, no matter the device used.
