I restored Windows on my PC and when I tried to log into BattleNet I was asked for a security question I didn’t remember. The support team told me they needed my full name and a photo ID that matches it. Since I hadn’t used my real name on my BattleNet account, I’m in a tough spot. What alternatives should I consider? Thanks!

Without recalling your security question, options are limited. That’s why you should stay calm with important accounts, especially those involving payments.

If you have any evidence showing you paid for their games, like receipts or proof of purchase, that’s likely enough.

I didn’t purchase any of their titles, though I did spend a bit on Hearthstone. I’m not sure I’ll discover anything else. Maybe I’ll rely on my security questions from time to time...
