You can generate a "virtual encrypted disk" without using partition encryption. It produces one file acting like a virtual hard drive inside your current partition, which you can then mount.
I discovered a way. I’ll store it deep within many folders, making it hard for people to keep clicking through. I’ll also save the folder extension in a text file from an old essay I can copy and paste whenever needed. It’s clever and effective—it might actually work.
Others might share the same account or have individual ones that they view. If separate accounts are needed, adjust permissions to restrict access. Alternatively, place it in a password-protected folder so it’s hidden from casual users. You could also store it in a password-protected zip file. People today tend to keep porn on their PCs rather than elsewhere.
