Wait a bit longer—they don’t appear simultaneously for everyone. You might try restarting if you haven’t already.

I was facing the same issue. Open your control panel, navigate to Windows Update, and click on "Check for updates." Repeat this process three times, and you should see the updates appear. You’ll likely notice a small white window icon in the toolbar once they’re found.

They won't arrive simultaneously. I looked on my dad's laptop and it doesn't have it yet, though mine does. It might just depend on the area.

I located it in the optional updates section of the Windows update window. Don't forget to click Check for updates and enable the optional updates.

Fascinating, it showed up on every device linked to the VPN in the Netherlands around the clock, but my server still couldn’t access it despite having updates installed.
