You're experiencing significant ping fluctuations during streaming, especially when your internet speed drops. At your current setup, you're seeing ping spikes up to 300 and sometimes higher, which disrupts smooth playback. Streaming at 720p with a bitrate of 3650 Mbps still causes problems, even after lowering it to 3200 Mbps. Your upload speed is only 6 Mbps, which is insufficient for stable high-quality streaming. To maintain quality without interruptions, you'd need a much faster connection—ideally at least 100 Mbps or higher, depending on your bandwidth needs. Until an upgrade is possible, consider reducing your bitrate, using a wired connection, or checking for network congestion.

Your internet upload speed is currently being measured. Using a router's Quality of Service settings can improve performance, though the gains may be limited.

Upload speed is 5.98mbps, but my router (Xfinity XB6 or the latest model) lacks QOS support. I've checked and it doesn't provide that feature.
