Ensure your installation uses UEFI, then adjust secure boot to default and activate the appropriate FTPM feature for your device.
It's really frustrating, isn't it? I'm using Windows 11 with Secure Boot enabled, but when I turn it off to standard mode, the Val application shows an error saying PTT 2.0 is required and then crashes. I turned PTT on but still have issues. It seems like Secure Boot is causing some problems.
