I play a game that crashes after just a few minutes of opening. It reports an issue with the anti-cheat needing secure boot, which causes it to close. I tried adjusting my BIOS settings to enable it, but couldn’t locate an option—searching for similar BIOS videos didn’t help. The only settings I changed were OS Type and key management, which I’m hesitant to modify further. Some forums mentioned BIOS version details like GPT, but I’m not sure what they mean. I’m unsure how to proceed.

Your setup is already configured for UEFI. No changes required. You can simply activate secure boot within the BIOS settings.

A screenshot from Disk Management is available. This helps confirm whether your system runs in legacy or UEFI mode and provides guidance for conversion steps. Learn how to open Disk Management in Windows 10 and 11.

The full screen shows all drives visible. This drive lacks a bootloader; it's likely the bootloader is on another storage device.

Why are you cropping the screenshot? There is no private/concealable info in that screenshot.
Need to see full Disk Management window,
with all drives visible,
with disk numbers visible,
with upper part of Disk Management window visible.
Do not crop the screenshot!
Here's an example with all Disk Management window elements visible:
