I recently moved to Windows 11 and required secure boot for Valorant, so I turned it on but my PC isn’t posting. I’m experimenting with the CMOS battery method now. Additionally, the fans run loudly initially and then suddenly shut off after about a second.

Open msconfig and adjust the BIOS to enable Secure Boot and fTPM. Apply changes and start into Safe Mode. Turn off Safe Mode booting and restart the system.

That’s not possible since my pc doesn't post anything so it’s not loading bios or anything

I’m unable to proceed because the computer won’t start or send any updates.

After the BIOS loads, simply power on the machine and immediately press the designated BIOS key. Don't delay—prevent it from attempting a POST. The BIOS interface will then display itself.

The CPU cooler stopped working right after one second of powering up.

The CMOS battery technique worked well. Connecting a beeper to your MB is also helpful. Make sure POST occurs before BIOS, not after as some recommend.

I don’t have a beeper and trying to remove the CMOS didn’t help. I took it out for 5 to 7 minutes.

Beeper is ideal when you don’t post and your device lacks a debugger. For alternatives, any speaker, headphones, or earphones work. Simply detach the cables and plug them into the device.
