I turned on secure boot to launch the game. I saw a black screen after installing all the necessary keys and turning off CSM. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue. I’ve used the reset short pins on my motherboard and tried everything I can think of with my RAM and storage, but nothing works. I have a Gigabyte H370M D3H motherboard. Is there any chance I can fix it? I don’t have built-in or integrated graphics, so I’m stuck unless I get a CPU with them.

It's probable that your original boot sector remains intact. You'll need a tool named MBR2GPT to modify the boot drive before enabling secure boot, UEFI settings, and turning off CSM.
