The closed beta starts on Jan 16 and I received a key. As I was already in big alpha, the key isn’t necessary. I’m sharing it with the community. Making sure things come together in the correct sequence is great.
I discovered my closed beta in my Steam library. The label says "pre-load," which means the item will become available once the game is officially released. The description about unlocking later didn’t clarify it enough.
If you already have Left 4 Dead or BioShock Infinite saved in your Steam library, you can join the event—just look at your Steam Games Library starting January 16th. Then download the update and your game will appear in your Game Library, ready for play on January 16th.
