Second screen on Grid Autosport?
I managed to download the game recently, but only discovered the second-screen setting a few hours ago. When I click it, nothing appears to happen. I checked online but found limited information. My monitor is 1440x900 on a Radeon 8570, and the second screen is 1024x768 on an 8670G. How can I make them work together?
They likely need identical settings and will use the same graphics card. Just a guess.
it's not a major issue—it's a decent concept, but what you'll notice is just a position board, a small map, and a limited display that looks like a main screen or broadcast style. performance will drop significantly when you're above 40 FPS to around 20. this is what I've seen on my setup.
Multi-screen setups often struggle with compatibility issues due to varying screen sizes and resolutions. Even though my two monitors look quite alike, using them together causes a noticeable gap in the center area—especially noticeable at the bezels. I own a 1440x900 monitor while my other two are 1600x900, and trying three-screen setups consistently fails because of resolution mismatches.
Your layout looks identical, so just position the 1440x900 in the center and the two 1600x900 panels on the sides. That should work fine.
I tested it with my Nvidia card and surround sound setup. At 1440x900 resolution, the display quality drops significantly, and the VGA monitor shows distortion. The issue seems tied to the resolution settings.
