Well, I'm not sure what to do either. I was checking Steam and then remembered I really wanted to play Battlefield. It had been a while since I played, and I couldn't locate it. I figured the game wasn't installed on my PC either. I downloaded the software and tried to log in, but I have no idea how to get the game files or even find them. I don't have a product key, a disc, or anything to read it. Any advice on how to get back to playing?

Did you acquire it initially on your PC? If you had a disk and lost it, things could go wrong. If you purchased it online, look in your email(s) to confirm it wasn't bought under another account. Good luck!

Ensure registration via EA using ORIGIN. Reach out to them. I possess Origin along with Battlefield 3 and 4, and I’m certain it connects the serial to your origin account.

You previously needed to use Origin; now just open it, select "My games," and download the file.

The main sections display the Origin Store, Free Games, and On the House under the My Games area.

You might have tried it over the weekend. If you ever purchased the version, it should appear in the My Games section. If you're certain you bought and installed it, reach out to EA support—they'll have a record of your key registration.

You need an Origin account to access BF4. Did you purchase the game? If yes, were you buying it digitally or physically? If digital, open the Origin client, go to the top and select "Help," then choose "Order History." Adjust the filter to show all entries. If "Battlefield 4" appears, you ordered it online and it should appear in your "My Games" section. If only "Battlefield 4 (Origin Game Time)" shows, you likely didn’t buy it and just accessed the trial. If you bought it physically, check your "My Games" in Origin—if missing, verify your account or contact support. For help, visit the provided link.

You must have saved it to your Origin account previously. It shouldn't be accessible through another method. It should appear directly in the section labeled "My Games." Ensure the "Show:" option is set to "All Games" so it isn't being filtered out.
