Hey everyone, I'm testing Star Citizen with the Gamescom free fly code and running into some performance issues. In the hangar I see around 40 FPS, free flight hits 90, and Battle Royale drops to 25. That’s quite a gap. Is this typical or something I need to fix? For smooth play with my specs, I’d look for settings that balance stability and frame rate. I also tried a custom USER.cfg but it didn’t help much. I’ll share more details later. It seems 25–30 FPS in Battle Royale is pretty low for me, especially at high settings.

Thanks for the update, it seems I might have understood earlier because the game remains in alpha.

I believe I’ll purchase the Mustang pack still after the trial period. I’m sure the RSI will keep enhancing the game so I can enjoy playing it frequently.
