Since the game launched, I've spent about 40 hours in-game trying to locate Karin Futo in GTA Online. It seems she might have been taken off or I'm just not lucky enough to find her. I'm curious if anyone else has managed to spot her and where she could be spawning.

I discovered some recently. They appear close to the North East part of the city, typically at night.
