It sparks my desire to try again. I haven’t begun that again. I recall building an entire workshop inside the ghost mansion in Markov (don’t worry about the misspelling). It happened before the Steam Workshop… everything was in-game. Jump in, spin, turn, haha.

I've always avoided playing a complete game until I had a solid internet connection, installed mods to improve performance, and purchased the Dragonborn expansion pack.

The run came after completing all side missions. The only thing I overlooked were those 20 gems. It required about 200 hours of playtime to finish "my way." The inventory system was solid, with minimal distractions. The art style leaned more toward female characters, avoiding excessive sexualization. Then there was my hood.

It's a big number—just 109 mods I've had to check manually to avoid conflicts. They're all focused on updating Skyrim and making it feel more like the modern version instead of a console game. Even though Whiterun keeps my old GTX 970 running at 1080p, I'm lucky to see over 50 frames per second in many parts.

Choose a similar tool to Realvision ENB. It will enhance your game's appearance significantly.

To achieve a really intense Skyrim aesthetic, you need to put in a lot of effort. I installed 75 graphic mods—some packs and others individual ones. It’s impressive, though it took me 12 hours to get everything running smoothly without any crashes. Those SeveNBaseBody wet skin mods are especially cool. You can find all the details here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/
