I own a Z390 Extreme 4 board. The 32GB Dominator Platinum at 3200Hz seems incompatible. It won’t boot unless I lower the speed in BIOS—it’s been running at 2800Hz for months. I want to upgrade to 4000Hz+ RAM but avoid more issues. Can anyone recommend 32GB or 16GB of 4000Hz+ memory that fits this motherboard?

For the highest confidence in your support, choose products compatible with the motherboard’s memory QVL. https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390 Extreme4/index.asp#Memory

This won’t have a major impact; focus on improving other components of your PC instead.

Additionally, it's not in Hz; it's in MHz. A MHz memory would be excessively slow compared to current requirements.
