Heyo Felknasty
I don't own either the 6600k or 1080, but based on what I know, the 1080 could reach around 100 Mhz on core and maybe 500-600 Mhz on memory.
The 6600k might hit about 4.5 to 4.7 and be quite stable.
Of course, each CPU is different, so you'll need to experiment yourself.
I currently have the 4690k and have managed a stable overclock up to 4.7Ghz at 1.335v. I'm sure there are some differences, but it shouldn't be too big.
As mentioned, you'll need to adjust things on your own because CPUs and GPUs aren't the same, and some can really push the limits while others struggle to reach that level.
My recommendation would be something like this...

I’m sure there are differences between CPUs and GPUs, and some can really push overclocks while others struggle to reach even 100 Mhz.
In short, my advice would be something like this...
