Its either Nvidia overlay or MSI Afterburner I personally use MSI Afterburner. This is how mine is set up. GPU - Temperature - usage - core clocks - wattage - fan speed. CPU - Temperature - usage - core clocks - wattage FPS - Frametime

Interesting after sharing this, I noticed I can now incorporate data from HWInfo64 into RTSS. Since it's already installed, I'm planning to follow that path. The display of "CPU" and "GPU" labels in the OSD remains functional so far.

I use Hwinfo64 to show CPU power via RTSS/MSI Afterburner overlays. Just experiment and you'll understand it.
