I'm looking to maximize my savings on a new build and saw a seller called nexus-software on eBay offering Dell OEM DVDs and product keys for $40–50. It looks very affordable compared to standard OEM Windows 7 prices. Does this sound like something you'd consider? Any thoughts or reviews would be helpful. Thanks!

Someone bought Windows 8.1 Pro for just 25€... that's a lot compared to Windows 7.
