I just began playing Helldivers 2 last night and checked the display settings. The graphics options list two RTX 4080 Supers, which also appears in Space Marine 2 and likely other games with customizable graphics. I'm a bit confused and wondering if others have faced this problem and if they can assist.

It looks like there might be a minor issue, possibly a small glitch. Could you confirm if you have multiple drivers or displays?

I recently added a second screen, but it didn’t appear for a few days after installation.

Interesting. The changes seem minimal with these selections. Also, checking for two GPUs in Device Manager or Task Manager appears unnecessary.

The performance appears a bit lower than expected, showing two GPUs while only one is your integrated CPU graphics and the other is the 4080 Super.

It looks like there are two driver versions for your card installed, possibly from the Nvidia updater or Windows update. I suggest removing all Nvidia drivers via the Control Panel and performing a fresh installation using the newest drivers available on Nvidia’s website.

I just looked in Task Manager and saw my GPU handling video decoding around half the time, even though I wasn’t using anything.

in past titles I've encountered connected screens labeled as "video adapters." This setup is intended for the backend to determine where the game should appear, rather than specifying which GPU handles the rendering.

It seems GPU video decoding is around 60% because most of the processing happens on the GPU, which can limit performance.
