I confirmed this already. I could remove the second PSU slot and install cables instead. The problem is the cables aren't long enough for the controllers. I'll send a picture later. It's really bad—it's so terrible that even an average PC enthusiast would be upset.

I get it. The cables might not fit through properly or get stuck somewhere, which can cause problems.

Absolutely, it's really frustrating. Just be careful—moving something might ruin everything. One loose cable could cause big problems.
