Are you sure? It looks like around $10 plus a few additional DLCs. There are titles like The Bureau: XCOM: Declassified, Shogun, Civilization, Total War, Warhammer 40K, Warcraft, and Red Alert. Plus others I’m not familiar with.

In older versions of Age of Empires and Rise of Nations, newer titles like Company of Heroes 2 might be available, though I'm unsure if they fit your budget.
