Sharing ROM/ISO files is often seen as copyright infringement or theft of intellectual property, so I wouldn't ask for that here. If you're looking for options to purchase and then use them for backup, touchscreen games tend to be more forgiving than platformers or shooters because they don’t require exact precision. Some recommendations include ChronoTrigger, FF6 (3 US), Secret of Mana, and Terranigma. Few 3D titles perform well in emulation on mobile devices, at least based on my experience. DOSBox works well for older DOS games on PCs. You can also check archive.org to play many games through their browser-based DOSBox emulator.

What device is this? The processor? The graphics card? The games that come to mind right now are found in a remastered Steam version — Final Fantasy X/X-2 and Final Fantasy XII. Or perhaps 7, 8, 9... Regarding emulators, technically PSX and PS2 emulators are against the law because you need a ROM dump of the operating system, which Sony IP controls.
