Hey everyone, are you looking for motherboards that support non-K Intel CPU overclocking? You mentioned the Asrock B660M Ripley from Techyescity and the MSI B660 Tomahawk Max from Hardware Unboxed. Both aren't available in Europe, but are there other options out there? Also, do these models allow 13th overclock? Thanks!

Other boards typically include external clock sources, but it seems the value is mainly justified for the 12400 series due to its achievable 4.4 MHz boost clock around 5 GHz. Other CPUs usually don't offer significant gains since they're already clocked near 4.9 GHz or higher.

It looks like the only model mentioned is the AsRock B660M riptide. The other boards are Z boards priced between $400 and $700. This setup works well for general use, but if you're aiming for something like an i5 13400 and want to overclock it, it might not be the best fit.

It doesn't specify compatibility with that model on the product page.

They don’t seem to reference it on any board’s product page, not even the well-known strix F.

The MSI mortar max b660m is currently out of stock everywhere. Intel probably forced the issue by making threats, pushing customers to opt for pricier alternatives above 12,400/12,100.
