I'm looking for an app that offers customizable digital "stickies" with user-set attributes like description, due date, cost, and priority. It should store all stickies and allow sorting or combining them into a spreadsheet format. Does such a tool exist?

Have you explored the integrated Windows sticky notes feature?
I believe you can arrange and save them as needed.
