I’ve spotted a few childhood favorites but one remains elusive. It’s a 2D side-scroller where your hero is a tough character who uses a chain to take down punks. You gather cans of soda for health and statues of liberty for time. There’s a timer involved, skyscrapers in the background, and it feels like something from another era. Anyone know what it is?

The game's environment felt more contemporary around 1990. I thought you might be able to extend the chain for greater length. I reviewed all 14 pages, but didn’t find a solution. It’s not uncommon to ask such questions on forums, hoping others will help, though it rarely happens. I’ve put in considerable time looking for this game. I don’t worry about it much, but Silk Worm seemed significantly simpler to locate.
